Franz goes to Dracula’s castle to try to find an amulet that can make it’s possessor ruler of the world. He becomes a vampire and his twin brother Karl continues the search, but the amulet proves to only work for men as great as it’s previous owners, Julius Caesar and Alexander the Great, and even Karl falls victim to the vampire legend.
